Anxiety and Depression

The most common reason I see people coming into therapy is to manage their anxiety and/or depression. Talk therapy can help individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their anxiety or depression. 

Using different therapy modalities (CBT, ACT, IFS, DBT), I support patients to understand their emotional experience, access internal and external support systems, as well as make behavioral changes to improve their mood and well-being.
